If you have any questions about an order you have placed, please contact us using the email on the order packing slip or reply to the order confirmation email we sent to you when your order was placed.  Check your junk mail if you think you haven't received either an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from us.  Please include your order number in the subject line.

We are semi retired and there are periods when we take a break from running the website.  We are happy to offer technical advice, but only if it's with respect to an order already placed.  Please read the guides on 'How to Fix a Door Handle', 'Choosing the Correct Door Handle Spring' or 'How to fit a Letterbox Spring' if you need assistance.  Product listings also include additional photos and more detailed fitting instructions where appropriate.  There is also a F.A.Q.'s link at the bottom of the page.
