United Kingdom and Isle of Man
Shipping for orders placed on this website is a flat rate of £2.45 (Second Class) or £2.95 (First Class) irrespective of the number of items in your order. Included in this shipping zone is the Isle of Man. Sorry, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. You can check out our latest reviews on Trustpilot. We also sell some of our products on Amazon - Google "Northern DIY Amazon". If you click the "Visit the Northern DIY Store" link below the title of any of our product listings on Amazon you will see all the products we sell on Amazon organized by spring type and size. These products are shipped by Amazon on our behalf from stock we place in the Amazon warehouse. You can qualify for free delivery if you spend a minimum of £25 on Amazon fulfilled products or if you are a member of Amazon Prime. Amazon also offers free delivery on any orders that are collected from a local pick up point (select location during checkout).
Ireland
We no longer ship directly to Ireland. However, many of our customers from Ireland use the AddressPal virtual address service provided by An Post. Instead of posting directly to Ireland, we will post your order to the AddressPal hub in the UK. When you sign up for the service you will be given a unique code which you should include in the address. The fee for this service is 6.50 euros (correct as of 22/01/23) and includes onwards travel to Ireland. When your package arrives in Ireland you will be asked to pay customs charges prior to delivery to your address. This charge will include the import VAT and an administration fee. We don’t know how the fee is calculated but, as a guide, a recent order valued at £23.10 was charged an additional 10.50 euros customs charge. Recent delivery times have been approximately 10 to 14 days. We understand that customers are sent an email to confirm that their order has arrived at the UK hub prior to onwards travel to Ireland.
Please note that we will treat shipments to virtual UK addresses as if the order is being shipped to a normal UK address. No customs forms will be attached, the order will be subject to UK VAT and our UK P&P charge will apply.
All the above information is provided to the best of our knowledge and understanding of the new rules and procedures introduced following the UK's departure from the EU. However, it is up to the customer to confirm the above with the postal operator or courier they choose to use. We will deliver your order to the virtual UK address you give, in the same way as we would fulfil any other UK order. We are not responsible for any delays / fees / charges / taxes with to respect to onwards travel to Ireland.

Sorry, we are not currently shipping orders placed on this website to the EU.
